武漢大學教授, 兼任中國細胞生物學學會理事長、基金委糖脂代謝重大研究計劃專家組組長。 獲陳嘉庚青年科學獎、中國青年科技獎、科學探索獎等榮譽。 本科畢業于南京大學,在中科院上海生科院生化細胞所獲博士學位,在美國西南醫學中心Michael Brown & Joseph Goldstein(1985年諾獎得主)實驗室從事博士后研究。隨后在中科院上海生科院生化與細胞所,任研究組長。 2014起在武漢大學生命科學學院任教授(2014-2022 任生命科學學院院長)。

博士,畢業于中科院分子細胞科學卓越創新中心(原生化與細胞所),師從宋保亮院士。曾任職于中科院生化與細胞所,在Cell Metabolism、Molecular Cell、Clinical Cancer Research、Nature Communications、Plos Genetics等國際學術期刊發表多篇研究論文,主持并完成包括國家自然科學基金面上項目在內的多項基金項目。入選2022東方英才計劃和2024浦東新區明珠菁英人才計劃。有近20年膽固醇代謝調控機制及相關生理病理功能研究經歷,有豐富的藥物篩選、藥理藥效研究經驗和項目管理、團隊管理經驗。

本科與研究生均就讀于華東師范大學,并獲得有機化學碩士學位。擁有近20年的新藥研發與合成的經歷。先后任職于上海藥明康德, 諾華(中國)生物醫學研究中心和石藥上海研發中心。曾參與多個新藥研發的藥化設計及化學合成,具有豐富新藥藥物化學經驗和有機合成能力。目前參與的多個項目均已經申請專利,其中一個項目目前正處于一期臨床階段。
