WEST CHICAGO, ILL. — Steve Pittman has been named president of Bulk Molding Compounds Inc., the thermoset division of compounder Citadel Plastics Holdings Inc., the company announced July 12.
Pittman’s previous experience includes a stint as global marketing manager for specialty plastics at Eastman Chemical Co., and positions at GE Capital, FedEx Corp. and GE Plastics.
“Steve brings a deep commercial background that will help us in driving strategic growth initiatives,” Citadel CEO Mike Huff said in a news release.
Pittman has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
In other news, Citadel appointed Mario Sandoval as its vice president of global operations. His previous experience includes stints at GE Plastics and Johns Manville. | |
